By using the product you accept these conditions. Please keep this information for later referral.

The product is licensed for use on a single PC.
Before installing or using this product you must take full notice and accept each of the following conditions:
1. This product uses advanced encryption and scrambling algorythms, but nevertheless, this is not a guarantee that the Safe is unbreakable for encryption experts and/or certain government agencies. Therefore you should not rely on the product for storage of valuable information that is not backed up elsewhere, or to store very confidential or secret information.
2. Forgetting or losing the password, malfunctioning of the product, your PC, other software or the operating system may lead to unrecoverable loss of data.
3. Never drag system files, disc volumes, logical drives or other operating system related files into the Safe. This may cause your system to crash and may lead to unrecoverable loss of data and start up-problems.
4. The use of this product is entirely your own risk. By using the product, you agree that the publisher and producer of this program have no responsibility for any damage, whatsoever, that may be a result of installing, using or de-installing the product. If any liability does exist, you accept that this is limited to the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
